About Point House
Point House is located on the private and privately owned island of Parrot Cay in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
A gorgeous, elegant and simple beachfront private property spanning over 7,000 square meters with stunning views of the turquoise blue ocean.
Point House was designed by world-renowned architect Cheong Yew Kuan and is one of twelve private properties on the island ideally located on the island's far south-west side; adjacent to the nature reserve and unobstructed views of the wide sandy beach.
As you enter the villa with its majestic proportions, your eyes are drawn to the richly finished ceilings of up to 30 feet, which perfectly complement the Crema Luna Limestone floors and tall expansive glass windows framed in white oak and glass doors that surround the entire beach side. allowing natural sunlight to wash the main living area and bedrooms.
The space opens onto a covered terrace and pool complete with a unique Lava Stone from Bali. Stone floors and natural wood trim reflect the minimalist approach to this luxury villa, with an open-plan living and dining room providing a feeling of comfort and warmth beautifully blended with seaside elegance and refinement.
The 12-foot-long solid Suar wood hand-carved table and chairs are anchors and provide contrast to the interiors with Balinese accents and furniture elements. Everything about this villa allows for an impeccable indoor-outdoor lifestyle and casual elegant gatherings.
Two bedrooms with private bathrooms on the main floor, showers with recessed hand-carved Crema Luna Limestone tubs and fully landscaped outdoor showers. The third bedroom on the main floor has a private bathroom and can be converted into a media room, office or games room. The upper floor is where the beautiful fourth bedroom is located and offers a private bathroom and roof terrace. The bedroom opens onto the main floor with a semi-shuttered balcony that allows the refreshing breezes of the islands to pass through unhindered, yet offers beautiful ocean views.
A fifth bedroom is located in the heart of the resort's eastern botanical gardens and is perfectly positioned as a private residence for a nanny or converted into a gym, art or yoga studio with countless other options.
A large island and a fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances make this the perfect venue for a private chef's tasting menu.
The entire property has been enhanced with the feeling of a peaceful idyllic setting that a private island like this one offers with spaciousness, lush natural vegetation, breathtaking views and incredible sunsets. Sunbathing on the spacious IPE deck of the inviting Lava Stone pool, one's thoughts are interrupted only by the occasional sound of the island bird.
